‘Go-ahead’ for Bruckner’s Hill subdivision
1 min read

A new 38 allotment subdivision off Bruckner’s Hill Road at Dugandan was approved by the Scenic Rim Regional Council, on Monday.

The subdivision, submitted by Gemandamel Pty Ltd seeks to link the subdivision into the neighbouring residential area by extending Woodfull Street to meet Bruckner Hill Road.

In plans submitted to Council, the existing house on the 4.12 hectare block will be retained with a lot size of 2.3 hectares.

The 37 remaining allotments will range in size from 746sqm to 879sqm and two larger corner blocks. In addition, 1.2ha has been set aside as a drainage allotment.

A total of 26 conditions were set on the approval including:

• The developer must fund an upgrade for the full road width of Bruckner’s Hill Road and the new intersection with the road from the subdivision. The work is to extend for the full frontage of the site to that road.

• None of the new allotments are allowed to have direct access onto Bruckner’s Hill Road.
